To all of our valued patients at Ripley Dental and Orthodontic Practice
We would like to thank you for your continued understanding and cooperation with our COVID standard operating procedures. We follow government guidelines as a minimum and in many instances we may and often do go above and beyond, to ensure the highest clinical standards, cleanliness and levels of safety.
We are a healthcare provider and we will still need to insist that patients wear a mask within the practice. Temperature checks on entry and use of hand sanitiser will continue for all persons entering the practice. We also wish to make it clearer that should anyone be suffering with any symptoms of a new cough, cold, fever, diarrhoea and vomiting or COVID, we will postpone any non-urgent appointments to a time they are symptom free. We will still be limiting the use of the waiting area, for social distancing within the practice. We continue to have these procedures in place for the protection of you, your families and our staff.
Our friendly team are doing all we can to continue to keep you safe. Our COVID guidance has not changed and we pride ourselves in helping you to experience your dental care with the continued reassurance that we are adhering to these high standards.
